Sarah & Clint welcomed us, made us feel at home, showed us where everything was & how to use, thought of everything to make our stay comfortable included breakfast, from their own farm fresh produce, assisted us with where to visit & even booked table for us, nothing was too much trouble

Nothing not to like, cosy place to stay, close to local amenities, definitely recommend & hope to return one day

Lovely quiet location only 5 mins drive into central Yeppoon. Very friendly owners who gave lots of info & a lovely breakfast from their hens & honeybees

Only the fact I was there for work instead of holiday

"Lived up to all expectations"

Peaceful, tranquil location. Sarah was a lovely host. Enjoyed the spa bath at night and the little treats left for us - shortbread and Pringles, and the fresh flowers. Would definitely love to stay again.
