Value for money, great accomodation and breakfast Lovely spa, outdoor decking to relax in as well as stunning living room and kitchen. Bedroom beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Relaxing country garden, very peaceful. Friendly , helpful host, nothing too much trouble

In a perfect world we wouldn’t be sharing the hosts home,felt a bit invasive despite every effort on Sarah’s part to make us feel welcome and at home. This wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though. Would be back in a flash!

How friendly the owners were. Very nice people. They sat with us over a drink on the deck to get to know us. The property was very clean and well decorated. Lovely trees on property surrounding the hot tub which I enjoyed and felt so relaxed after. I would recommend this holiday to anyone. A must do. Adrian and Jo.

Paid for 2 meals a day for 2 people In 4 night stay Received zero No privacy Unprofessional and night robe wearing by owners and bathroom access very I timadating passing the kitchen 2 big dogs unfriendly throu out area Immunity or health issues DO NOT do n o t go there Riddled in bugs misquoted plaque Fake wording and boring

It is not Yeppoon its fairnborough road way out not even consider alternative transport No car cover No private parking Especially over heat and rain Dogs are a nuisance Spa area unattractive Yard due for weekend work No privacy and intimidating with the bathroom 2 use $160 worth of paid meals approx $20 each as meals where 2 be provided We get brunch or late late meal and no assistance NO Meals As if we want there company and there demands MEET We sleep in as much as possible so wrap for later the meals ohhh Noooo Money hungry I.slept on the streets barely slept as not a cottage and no room 4 ME The trouble was dangerous Hostile behaviour not negotiating nor money back and on low centerlink disability pension In general cost got high 1 night at caravan paid while my daughter stayed. 👋 👋 Definitely Foul play in description and misleading 👍 👌

The serenity. The property is located close to Yeppoon so a very quick trip to the shops and beach. Sarah our host told us about a takeaway shop that cooks the best crumbed red emperor that I have eaten in a very very long time and at a reasonable price. It is called Seagulls and it’s opposite the water park so nice and cool to eat there in the shade. Breakfast was amazing locally sourced bacon smoked to perfection and the fresh free range eggs from Sarah and Clinton’s chooks were delicious. Very accommodating hosts that were there but not in your face. Highly recommended for a quick getaway that Cath and myself needed to recharge ourselves.

The horse flies but a quick spray of rid and they weren’t a problem.

Sarah made us feel incredibly welcome and compfortable.
