Historic Apartments "1868 Tbilisi" Best Location

Great location on a pedestrian avenue with newly renovated rooms. Clean, quite large, and well-equipped apartment. There is a stove and utensils for cooking, and the internet is surprisingly fast. The bed was super soft. The staff was very attentive— answered all questions almost immediately via WhatsApp and booked a personal round-trip transfer to Gudauri Ski Resort for us.

This beautiful apartment was absolutely perfect for us, 2 friends traveling to Tbilisi for the first time. The host was an absolute delight. The apartment has every comfort and is beautifully decorated. It's location, easy walking distance to all main sites in the center of Tbilisi. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Location, room, really clean, modern facilities. But especially the hostesses, they were very nice and friendly. This was my second stay and I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I received a very warm welcome from the hostess, she was wonderful. Good-size modern apartment with comfortable bed. Very quiet building, no noise from the corridor or from other rooms. Excellent location just a few minutes from the Liberty square and nearest subway station.

Excellent location Spar is across the street to get snacks etc. You can walk to many restaurants and bus stops nearby

I require an explanation as to why the host's daughter, Anna, requested that I cancel my online reservation after I had already paid in full. Additionally, I need to understand why she erased all her messages to me on WhatsApp, including her request for me to cancel my reservation. I expect a full explanation from Anna regarding the professionalism of contacting guests on WhatsApp and asking them to delete their digital footprint of the reservation after payment. This behavior violates Booking.com's terms and conditions and could lead to safety concerns for guests, particularly if they were misled into canceling their reservation after payment. Asking guests to cancel their online reservation after paying places guests in layers of jeopardy that could lead to issues. With the State Department of the United States having my reservation/address of my stay in Tbiliisi through my reservation in addition to my family having my reservation details, this places individuals and their family in jeopardy .God forbid help is needed/someone gets hurt/etc. with the example that I was in an automobile accident ( in which I took many tours during my stay and local transportation was utilized) and my family could not get in touch with me or I’m dead, my family would contact booking.com pleading for assistance to locate my whereabouts. Booking.com would tell my family that I dont have a reservation because it appears that I cancelled it ( If I had followed Anna’s request) and this would add so many layers of complexity and confusion. This is just one example out of hundreds of things that travelers could experience if they canceled their online reservation. Canceling your reservation online after payment erases your digital history making it appear that you aren’t staying there and the host Anna would not have to pay any fees to booking.com for my stay. This would let booking.com know that you cancelled your reservation and you arent staying there.

Very nice people. Nice, friendly location. Had everything we needed. WiFi worked very well as there was a router within the room itself.

We were lucky to find this great apartment! Everything was perfect! We booked this wonderful apartment for a family. Every single detail is amazing, interior is very unique, air conditioning and amenities are super, fast internet. Bedrooms are quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms are sparkling clean. We stayed as a large family and everyone was happy. Will recommend to everyone.
