Historic Apartments "1868 Tbilisi" Best Location

From someone working in the industry, I must say that this is a fantastic hotel in Tbilisi. The room is very cozy, has nice beds, even has a AC in the bedroom and the bathroom has been newly refurbished, which is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are even nicer than the pictures show. It is directly in the city center, only 4-6 minutes to main attractions by foot. We really enjoyed this area, I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a fantastic small hotel that is perfect for your money!

The hotel is housed in a beautiful restored historic two-story building on a major avenue in old Tbilisi, close to subway stop (Marjanishvili) and to the Presidential Palace. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, also near to Fabrika. Very easy to walk from here to main sightseeing places around town, it never took us more than 12 minutes! our apartment was very spacious, light and airy with a view over the avenue, but very quiet. Very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished, original wood block floor. Our apartment had a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee and tea, plates, cutlery etc, everything you could expect, even a tea towel and dish sponge. Beds were very comfortable. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment location was ok. Also, the one who runs this building was helpful as well.

The apartment was okay. You must prepare yourself to pick up your suitcases to the second floor by yourself. There's no elevator in the building. I had no water for more than 8 hours.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the ceiling is very high, interior details very unique. Two bathroms are very convinient. Cleanliness is very very good and everything in the rooms is of great quality. The hostess is very kind and helpful, gives Information about the best locations in the city. You will be very comfortable as it is within walking distance to everywhere. If I go again, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Repeated stay at this characterfull place. Great location, lovely renovation to a historic house. Kind and helpful hosts that can help ypu via Whatsapp at any time or in person. Really beautiful and light filled rooms, sparkling clean everything. Amazing value for money. Would recommend this place to anyone.
