: The place is cozy and beautiful. I liked that it is in the center and meanwhile so calm. Perfect for those who prefer quiet sleep and comfort. Wi-fi is very fast and air-conditioning works great. There are many bars and restaurants in the area and it is in walking distance to all the main attractions. Communication with the owner was smooth as well. Thank you!! 10/10!

The location of the house was excellent. Anna's mother, who welcomed us, was very kind, smiling, and offered us fruit and a bottle of Georgian wine. We couldn't have had a better welcome.❤️

Nice, clean and modern apartment in historic building in Old Tbilisi. The host is the most amazing and friendly! You truly experience the vibe of Old Tbilisi when you are here. Air-conditioning and wi-fi excellent is, and rooms are very quiet despite being on central avenue.

Anna and her Mother were absolutely WONDERFUL! Very kind and accommodating......great hosts! They provided a little "gift" when I arrived. Perfect location, right in the middle of old town with cafes and restaurants. Facilities inside the apartment were great! Wonderful experience and highly recommend!!

The owner is very sweet and we really enjoyed staying here. The location is amazing and we felt very comfortable and welcome.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist places in Tbilisi. The apartment has everything you need, the best you can find for such money in old Tbilisi. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being in the center, the place is quiet. The pleasant and friendly owner was waiting for us <3 We used the recommended taxi driver, Giorgi, who was very punctual and charged only 50 Lari from the airport.

This was my repeated stay at the apartments for business trips. The location is unbeatable, and the host is super helpful. Very convenient for work visits as the Wi-Fi is excellent. I love the unique character, cleanliness, and comfort of the rooms, so I will definitely be back again. :)

Very clean and bright apartment with nice interior, perfect for a business trip because it is centrally located and has very fast Wi-Fi. There is everything in the apartment you need. Perfect, highly recommended!
