I liked everything - cleanliness, polite host, room design, amenities. The location was perfect near shops, restaurants, the antiques market on Dry Bridge, the shopping mall on Rustaveli, ATMs, and the famous Fabrika club. The apartment is newly renovated with parquet floors, very clean, with an electric stove, fast internet, and good air-conditioning. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Everything was great! The place is better than it looks in the photos, and its location is convenient, right in the heart of the city. Everything is super clean. The hostess was super pleasant, helping us with early check-in and allowing us to leave our baggage after check-out as well. Definitely want to stay here again when we visit Tbilisi next time.

Historic Apartments "1868 Tbilisi" truly exceeds expectations. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historic district with easy access to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, the host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

It was a very positive experience, the apartment is beautiful with its high ceilings and historic interior, definitely better than in the photos. There are two bedrooms and the windows overlook the main avenue but it is still quiet and cozy. The apartment is super clean, everything is new and sparkly. The location is superb as it is within walking distance of everything. Very good value for the price!

"This is a very nice and comfortable place in an excellent location!"

This place is wonderful! It is in an excellent location. The Old Town is reachable by a very pleasant 15-minute walk via Agmashenebeli Avenue, Saarbrucken Square, Dry Bridge and Orbeliani square, all of these places being hot spots with restaurants and shops. Fabrika is within 10 minutes of walking. There are lots of buses at a bus stop just a block away and a metro station within about a 5-minute walk. There are only four rooms, so it is very personalized. They are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hostess was super helpful, friendly and pleasant. Overall, this is an excellent offer and I would definitely recommend this to other people.
