Great location, spacious apartment, secure parking

When you showered the water went everywhere in the bathroom. The bedroom was too small for bedside tables on each side, so there was only one bedside lamp.

Perfect location near the city centre, a few clicks from the main things to do in town, but still very relaxed and quite at night. Comfortable and designed with taste - not your average IKEA AirBnB, buy a luxurious city apartament for leisure or work. Spacious bed, private and quiet bedroom, a big wardrobe for people who travel for more than 72 hours, Desk and office chair in the main living room. It's actually even bigger and more spatail than it looks on the pictures - something pretty rare, based on experience. Kitchen ammends enough to do in-house dining, which is pretty convenient considering the galloping prices in Sofia these days. Widescreen TV with a lot of channels and interactive service. Extremely good quality/price ratio - this 5* place is better and cheaper than most 3* hotels in town. Will definitely return.

The only drawback is that's it's (supposedly) not for sale and you cannot move in immediately.

Location was amazing, only 1 minute from NDK. Host was very responsive and kind. The apartment had a smell of freshness. Was very warm and well cleaned. Spacious and comfortable. Great touch the water bottles left for us! Big plus was also the parking.

Be aware that is it on the second floor without an elevator. It was no problem for us, but for somebody with mobility problems it might be.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location, very convenient to explore Sofia. At the same time, it is very quiet and the free parking is a huge bonus. We loved the spacious living room and the overall set-up of the flat.

There were so minor details which did not affect our stay at all but it will be good to be rectified for an even better stay. For example: - The shower holder needs fixing/replacing as it stays in a downward position, hence if you are taller it is difficult to take a proper shower. - The cleaning needs some attention to detail. - The mattress and the pillows were not the best ( but this is highly subjective).

The Verila apartment was a real gem in the center of Sofia. Smooth and comprehensible check-in, perfectly clean, marble floor and walls, exquisitely designed, kitchen with all necessary amenities, even detergent for the washing machine is available, all electric appliances (coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction stovetop, washing machine, big fridge) are modern, 2 big OLED TV's, lighting is fantastic, central heating with aluminium radiators, warm and cosy, the building is newly constructed with safe double door in the center of a capital city, location near NDK subway Station lines M2 and M3, 2 restaurants in front of the condominium, but many also in the area. When in Sofia next time I will definitely be back:-)

Yes, the bathroom shower is not separated but the wiper provided there is good enough to shovel twice and the bathroom floor is dry and clean. This isn't actually a minus, but let it be this minus and you judge by yourself. For me it wasn't a problem at all;-)

As the name says, this is definitely a luxury and a beautiful apartment!!! It's has everything you may need and more, just in the centre of the city!!! Recently renovated , spacious with new furnitures and super clean !!! The parking spot is also extremely useful!!!

The way to get in to the apartment and parking is a bit tricky, you have to read carefully the host instructions... 😁😁

We've been here for 2nd time, so we already knew what to expect and just enjoyed this apartment, it's perfect location, private parking and contactless check-in and check-out.
