Great prompt communication. Stylishly modern and clean. Close to the centre without being noisy. Free car park space was a big plus.

It is good to have the option of more coffee capsules, even if they are paid for.

Close to the city centre, situated in a nice, modern area. Clean & well equipped. Own parking place within an inner, secured courtyard - a big plus for Sofia.

As in many parts of Bulgaria, there is no separate shower area or at least a shower curtain. Water dripping all over the floor when you take a shower, you have to wipe it down the drain yourself with a special mop-like tool.

The location, which was as central as possible. The parking spot.

Very clean and cosy, great location, close to pietonal area with nice bars and stores and two very good restaurants just in front of the building. Parkin inside the courtyard with automatic gates.

The backyard needs some maintenance, but its not the fault of the owner as its seems a comun space for more apartment buildings.
