Comfortable bed Cleanness Peaceful location

Nothing like that,,

Cozy apartment and lovely neigborhood. The kindness and thoughtfulness of the host was exceptional. I forgot some of my belongings at the apartment, and the host brought them to me to another part of Helsinki by car over a week after our stay. That's very considerate, thank you for everything.

The price. The location. The rooms were a decent size.

It was not clean. At this price we do not expect 5* facilities, but we do expect it to be clean. The towels were dirty, the bed was unmade, there was out of date food in the cupboards, and dust and grime behind the furniture. Also, the child's bed was unstable - the slats kept falling out during the night.

The apartment is located in a quiet place. The seabeach is not far away. This is a good option for getting to know the real Helsinki.

The only downside of this apartment is that the apartment is not clean enough, so cleanliness fans will not like it.

The flat is in a low rise block amongst few other similar blocks. The whole development is set in an area with a lot of pine trees which should make one’s stay a really pleasant/ enjoyable one. The flat is spacious and consists of a large bedroom, similar size living room and a small separate kitchen and small bathroom. What we really liked, though not used much, was a large balcony which may come handy when it is raining or a guest may not have energy to go out. We have not used it but the location is really close to bus routes and a pleasant, though a longer, walk away from the metro train station where there is also located a bunch of shops. I would highly recommend it for a convenience when visiting the city.

At first I could not find the key but, thanks to the responsive host, this was quickly solved. What myself, and my family did not like was the fact that it appeared as not entirely cleaned before our arrival (this does not apply to bed sheets). There were empty cans left in a bin bag on the balcony. The kitchen cupboards and bathroom cabinets carried signs of damage of sorts. So in that respect the owner/ host should improve a lot. There was also a small issue with a parking bay which for visitors can be used only for a few hours (3 or 4 if I remember correctly). Luckily there was a free parking available some distance away from the property which we decided to use. Though we would prefer, if nothing else for greater security, to have our car parked closer. Again, we have adapted to the situation as it was just for one night stay. All in all, we would prefer to stay in a tidier place though, as for one night stay, we managed well. As our stay was only for one night, we did not complain as we managed to do what we booked the property for and moved on.

Location was good.

The apartment is old and not beatiful. In the Kitchen wasnt enough dishes.
