Spotlessly clean, beautiful location, lovely owners

Lovely, clean comfortable room, great value and the hostess Gina, was very friendly and welcoming.

Gina is so nice and we spent two happy days there. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable beds, towels, and bathrobes et al. The quality weighs more than a 4 star hotel. For anyone, who would like to visit North Berwick and would not like to spend too much time on transportation, I recommend this warm B&B.

The curtains cannot totally block out the sunlight, if you are light sleeper or light-sensitive sleeper, bring a pair of eyeshade.

Clean and welcoming

Room could do with a blackout blind or curtain on the window.

Velmi milá paní domu, snídaně na vlastní přání, čisto všude.

Loved everything, felt at home, had exceptional breakfast and, last but not least, the Landlady was fantastic
