Highly recommended, a lovely place to stay

Nothing to complain about, Edinburgh can be reached by train in 15 minutes

Posto molto carino, la proprietaria è accogliente e disponibile. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla sul mare, leggermente fuori da Edimburgo, ma ben collegata: il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile in treno.

Lovely little B and B, room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was well equipped and immaculate. Breakfast was fantastic!! Easy to get to Edinburgh on the No 26 bus, can’t wait to visit again. A lovely place to rest before the AC/DC show.

It was very homely and in an amazing place. Gina was an amazing host and her breakfasts were amazing to wake up to. We’ll definitely be stopping there again.

Gina was such a lovely lady, very welcoming. The room was clean, bright and breakfast was delicious. An ideal location in a quiet port with a small beach and harbour. Thank you Gina for an enjoyable stay

Situé à 15mn en train d'Edimbourg, dans un petit port, le lieu est pratique et très joli. La chambre est confortable et dispose d'une petite salle de bain agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Notre hôtesse nous a proposé plusieurs formules à notre convenance. Ses conseils pour se rendre en train à Edimbourg nous ont fait gagner du temps. Très facile de se garer devant le logement. Rien à redire. Tout était parfait. Merci encore.

We stayed for two nights at Anchorage B&B, about 25 minutes from Edinburgh, and it was an excellent experience. The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Everything was spotless, and towels were changed daily. The room had a kettle with tea, as well as shampoo and a hairdryer—thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. The hostess was charming and very friendly—happy to chat if you feel like talking—and she prepared me a delicious vegetarian version of a traditional Scottish breakfast. The place is wonderfully peaceful, perfect for getting away from the city. At night, you could only hear the distant call of seagulls, as there’s a small harbour nearby, which adds a special charm. Ideal if you have a car and want to enjoy the calm of the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Gina ist Gastgeberin aus Leidenschaft und hat uns mit köstlichem Frühstück verwöhnt. Das Anchorage ist wunderbar direkt am Meer gelegen, hübsches Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Die Lage perfekt, um Edinburgh und die hübsche Küste zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
