Clean and good location for dog walkers and the harbour. Help and communication excellent and dog sitting support plenty of bars and cafe/ restaurants very walkable

Would have preferred 2 bath/shower rooms as there was a group of 6 of us but we worked well on a Rota

The location was fantastic, the host made lots of contact to make sure we had all we needed before, during and after our stay! the property was clean and decorated lovely! great for families!

The steep garden could be difficult for those with less mobility but it didn’t impact us or our stay!

Very helpful owner, quickly answered any questions. Great location. Very close to the coast path and to the port of the town. There is a car park opposite the property. The house is big, old but comfortable. Beautiful well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms, large dining table (although we missed 2 chairs), living room very functional. Really a very recommendable place.

The sofas in the living room are worn out, not very comfortable and clean. The garden is a bit of a challenge, but still great that it's there. Parking in front of the house is problematic (availability), but car park opposite the property is actually a better and cheap option.

Lots of supplies and things that were useful for family. Good high chair and cot. Location very good and 8 minute walk to the Lime Kiln cafe where we ate all the time. Perfect for a family holiday and great dog walk up to the hillfort.

Location. Managed to park outside the property. Roomy, lovely decor. Everything you would need, a home from home. Great contact with the owners. The gardens were pretty with plenty of seating. Also a bottle of wine and fudge was waiting for us. Thankyou

We loved everything about this property. Great value. Plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location with only a short walk into the centre of Ilfracombe. Excellent communication from the hosts. Would definitely consider returning.

Perfectly situated in walking distance of Ilfracombe with lovely sea views. It was great to have a garden and that our dog was allowed to stay with us. It is also very useful to have a well equipped kitchen and facilities such as the smart TV, washer and dryer, and dishwasher which are often lacking in holiday properties.

The decision not to include towels resulted in extra packing, extra laundry, and bringing wet items home on a long car journey, I think this should be reconsidered. Extractor fans in the kitchen and main bathroom would be useful.
