The room is tidily kept with air conditioning. Free parking space nearby. Amazing owner who promptly replied messages and offered assistance proactively. I love the restaurants so much as he recommended. Highly recommended.

Just little drain smell from the toilet, but it is acceptable as quite common in Europe hotels and apartments.

I liked the room, even though it might seem small, but everything was there for a comfortable stay: kitchen with all the utensils, towels, even beach towels, shower soap/shampoo. AC is also in the room, which was very needed, as it was very hot outside. The location is also very good. Shopping mall just 3 min walking distance, close to the city. Thank you to our host Andrea, who was very friendly to us and gave us a lot of tips on which places and restaurants to visit :) Definitely booking the apartment again, if I come back to Zadar!

Andrea was extremely easy to coordinate with. She kindly let me drop off my luggage around 10 way before official checkin (and luckily the room was also ready for checkin at the time). The apartment is very well designed and tastefully decorated for a studio with most all the things needed for a short stay. The location was less than a mile from the bus station as well as the old town and hence a comfortable walk over from both places.

No dislikes.. I just missed a coffee pouch in the kitchen on my early morning departure, everything else was perfect.

Nice and cozy apartment close to everything. Excellent price point too!

No complaints...

Located 10 minutes away from old town Zadar, it is a great location. There is free limited parking moments away from the studio room. It is small but has every basic appliance (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, tv, coffee machine but no pods) and self-service laundry across. It is self check-in as well, so you can easily book this place if you are travelling across Europe like us.

We forgot some toiletries, but there wasn't much available in it either. Not very soundproof for above apartment but didn't cause much trouble at night and since we stayed out during day hours.
