Nice and modern room. Very clean. The immediate surroundings of the room are not great but in 10min walk you are in the old town. The host was very welcoming and gave me a lot of tips to visit the city.

There is sometimes a sewage smell from the bathroom so keep the door closed and it is fine.

The room was just what we wanted, the bed was comfy and the entire place was very clean! We were given fresh towels half way through our stay (1 week) and overall Andrea was fabulous! The location was also incredible, its right on the harbour and walking distance from the old town! We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location in the heart of Zadar. It takes only 10 minutes to reach the old town, and there are shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries all around. The rooms are newly furnished, the bathroom is modern, and there is a small kitchen with everything you might need. The room can be easily air-conditioned and darkened. You don't hear much noise from the city at night. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. He is very dedicated to making things as easy as possible for his guests.

Those arriving by car will likely find a free spot in the courtyard of the apartment complex. However, larger cars should be cautious as the driveways can be quite narrow. The rooms are on the ground floor, and for those who want privacy, the window blinds should be used.

The room was the same as in the pictures, clean and equipped with all the necessary things. Great location and close to the old part of the city.

The apartment was great. The location is close to everything. 10-15 minutes from the old town and the beaches. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very friendly and made sure we checked in a couple of hours early because we had an early flight. All in all this is a well deserved 5 stars
