We liked everything in this guest house, very friendly hosts who make you feel at home straight away. Beautiful updated room, very comfortable, excellent breakfast lots of choice, excellent parking short walk to village, will return next year

There is nothing to dislike with southlands, it is excellent.

The property is ideally situated for touring the Cotswolds villages. The property itself self is kept exceptional clean & tidy also has a very welcoming feeling on arrival.

The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful villages. Everything is close by. Tony prepares an excellent breakfast in the morning to fuel you for your sightseeing. Jules is the perfect hostess. She is most helpful in recommending restaurants and will even make reservations for you. I would definitely stay here again.

"Fabulous welcome and location"

We were welcomed by Jule and Tony and get right at home straight away. Our room was newly renovated and modern. We were a short 7 minute walk into town and close to lots of gorgeous villages by car.

Tony and Jules are lovely hosts, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after extremely well and on our arrival we were provided with a hot drink and a slice of delightful home made cake. The location works well the village of Bourton on the Water and for the Cotswolds area in general. Their house is immaculate, very clean but also manages to feel cosy. The breakfasts provided were excellent with ample choice. 10 out of 10.

"Gorgeous B & B in a perfect location"

Southlands B & B was in a quiet location, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bourton on the Water. The room and facilities were excellent, it had everything I needed. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and couldn't do enough for me, which made my stay perfect. The breakfast was beautiful and there was a complimentary tray in the room, which contained lovley snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.
