 absolutely like new. Spotlessly clean. Warm, caring and attentive hosts 
 treat you like family. Full, cooked English breakfast, along with many additional nutritious options. And the location provides great access to the Cotswolds.

The property was located near the village just a short walk. Central for travelling around the Cotswolds. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, recently refurbished. Great decor. Impeccable maintained house and gardens. Parking on site. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house, attention to detail was exceptional!, clean , warm, modern. Beautiful breakfast. Jules and Tony are warm, friendly and offered restaurant and ideas of where to visit to us. Delicious lemon drizzle cake when we arrived🍰

Perfect. Jules was so welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are so clean and fresh. Great location. Attention to detail everywhere around the house. Would definitely recommend. Had a lovely stay.
