Spacious, clean, good location. Good self check in instructions

Nothing everything was great - then only negative of being very picky was that our stay was during a heatwave and we couldn’t work out how to turn off the underfloor heating without turning off all the hot water. But this was a very minor issue that we managed.

10 minutes' walk from Ealing Broadway train station. Plenty of food options nearby. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 people but were somehow given a 3-bedroom apartment instead, which was a bit of a surprise. The apartment was clean with decent-sized rooms and bathrooms. Overall, a great stay.

We were there during the heat wave and unfortunately had no fans available in the apartment, so it was really warm even at night. We messaged the host to see if we could borrow one and were told there should be one somewhere in the apartment (there wasn't). Everything else was good otherwise.

We need more towels and toilet paper for 7 nights. Plus kitchen roll, and hand tissues in bedroom.

This is a spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication was good and check in easy.

We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work.

El heater no lo podia controlar por más q bajava lá temperatura el flat seguia e. 24, 25 grados. Muy caliente. Para el verano seria ideal si tienen aire condicionado

Ik zou een volgense keer graag in een aparte slaapkamer willen slapen en niet in de woonkamer.
