Roomspace Serviced Apartments- Walpole Court

Excellent location, couldn't be better. Very spacious kitchen/living area.

Communication at times confusing as staff communicate through booking.com and through email, both seem to be monitored by different persons. But all confusion caused by this was quickly clarified.

We stayed in Walpole Court 27. Fairly spacious. Nicely structured, decorated, furnished and equipped. Standard Zen grey and white style. Staff responsive and friendly. Welcome pack for tea, coffee, milk and cookies appreciated. Clean. Warm.

The pigeons around the balcony plus their excrement at the main entrance to the building that you had to walk over. Because this is an attic flat, you just have skylight windows that are high up, so there is a feeling of being boxed in. We could not get the washer/tumble dryer to tumble dry, even if we followed the instructions. The small connected speaker did not correspond to the instruction manual and we could not get it to work. The amount of toiletries were a bit stingy for four people (just one miniature of soap and shampoo), but there could be an ecological argument for this. The attic flat is high up so lots of stairs and no lift. The mezzanine is a nice extra space but we didn't use it much. Toilet in the bathroom. Front courtyard/car park/grass areas somewhat messy with bits of rubbish around. Building site opposite being completed and very much present and within close view.

Very clean, spacious, with everything we needed, excellent location, very easy to check in and check out, excellent communication with the host. Very good and safe neighborhood.

Loved the location.

Could have been more bin bags and toilet paper. The internet went down and never came back. However they did give me the password for the adjoining apartment so I used that for the rest of my stay. Guest services were always very helpful.

Location would have been OK, but in the end it was not.

Construction next door which even went on to Saturday. Heating was hard to control, there was also no 2nd key even though I had asked for it from the management company but they went quiet. Also for a place that offers a kitchen, there was no salt or pepper or wood cutting board and the TV did not work

The wifi didn’t work at any point during our stay, despite promises from the letting company that they’d get it sorted out. They helpfully gave us passwords to other flats in the building, but the connection to those was very intermittent. (This was compounded by the flat being in a place with very poor mobile connection, so tethering to a mobile wasn’t an easy solution .) Although the flat was clean, the cleaners had left standing water in the bathroom sink. A series of phone calls with the letting company helped us to sort the problem — but it’s unprofessional to let a flat with an obvious problem like that. We were offered a partial refund but haven’t received it.

Great location and very well equiped.

I recently stayed in a two bedrooms flat for six nights. The place was clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. I did encounter a small issue during my stay, but the staff addressed it very swiftly and professionally, which I greatly appreciated. What truly stood out was their attentiveness; they were always available and eager to assist with any requests or questions, ensuring that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this flat for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay close to the Ealing Studios

However, there were a couple of drawbacks to consider. The flat I stayed in is located on the third floor, and the staircase is quite narrow, which may not be recommended for anyone with heavy suitcases or difficulty in climbing stairs. Additionally, there is some construction work happening nearby, which can be quite noisy, especially if you want to enjoy some time on the balcony. Overall, I still highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, but it's worth keeping these factors in mind. Personally, I would look forward in booking with Roomspace on my next visit to Ealing Broadway.

They were very helpful when I reached out with any questions. The apartment was in a great location around several bus and train lines. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby

Being on the ground floor and opening the windows to let in some air at night I was nervous something could get in.
