Location and its proximity to the station. Ealing broadway station connects you to 3 important lines and the most convenient is the Elizabeth Line which connects you to heathrow airport in 25 mins and central London in 10 mins. Plus Ealing has some nice cafes and restaurants. I would certainly book again in the future.
