Lacasa3 Villa Legian With Butler

Spacious villa in a great location with beautiful gardens and pool. Dedy, Nata and all the staff were fantastic, looked after us and cooked us brekkie in the villa.

Location was fine. Easy access to Kuta, Seminyak, and Legian area, Not too far away from the airport. Swimming pool was nice. Butler staff were attentive and helpful.

When we arrived, the villa was not ready for check in. The reason was not made clear until the time of the check-in. Only then was I told by the management that the villa was overbooked, and someone else had already booked the villa for the first night. The management put my group into the neighbouring villa, however it was smaller in size, and the facilities and cleanliness were not up to par (water was not filtered and had an alkaline soapy feel, towels were not clean). We could only check in to the villa we booked on the second day. Facilities and cleanliness was better at the villa we booked. The management was not particularly proactive in offering compensation for all the faff we had to deal with. The butlers were very helpful and tried to help, it felt to me that they were left high and dry by the management. I had to request booking.com for a refund of the difference in price between the villa I booked, and the smaller neighbouring villa. This refund was only just approximately Rp. 300,000. The management tried to offer me a free transfer to the airport after check out, but then they later said that 2 cars were needed to fit our group and our luggage, and they could only offer a free transfer for one car. This left me the impression that their effort to compensate was lacking in sincerity. Honestly, I felt that the villa we originally booked was great, but this experience greatly impacted my impression of the villa. If anyone wants to book this villa, maybe you might want to message the management to ask if the villa is overbooked, cos they seem to be incapable of tracking their bookings lol.

STUNNING!! Cannot recommend more. The villa was very clean and tidy, with spacious rooms and bathrooms and met all our needs. Daily cleans are consistent and done well. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, always ready to help and easy to contact. The pool is clean, a great size. The villa is in a beautiful, private, and quiet location—away from the main road so there’s no noise, but still close enough to walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, and spas. Mini bar prices and breakfast are very reasonable. I just wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the venue.

Nothing, if we go back to Bali we will definitely be booking this villa again

The villa was beautiful and in a great location

The pool step was slippery and I fell lucky no broken bones - I kept getting bull ants in my room and the shower on occasions blocked

Spacious , quiet area , comfortable beds

Bad for mosquitoes and old towels , coffee amenities weren’t good , slippery steps on pool had to be e very careful not to hurt our selves
