Lacasa3 Villa Legian With Butler

Beautiful villa we had a lovely stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bottled water 20l was provided with dispenser. Lots of extra in house options provided for extra cost such as beauty/spa services or in house breakfast made for you in your villa. Perfect set up for either a family stay or 3 couples all bedrooms had a separate key.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable and kind of sunk in the middle. Some of the roads leading to the busier areas were very narrow no footpath so made it a little tricky travelling with a toddler in a pram.

Was spacious and great for a family

Needs maintenance and a good clean bit worn out pool was cold as it doesn’t get a lot of sun that needs a proper clean also the place wasn’t really properly clean past guests stuff in draws it says there’s a Butler but really it’s just house keeping the breakfast offered I was to scared to try after seeing the state of the cooking utensils not clean blankets in upstairs room where dirty. Place is constantly crawling with ants it is close to a karaoke bar and can be noisy at times I wouldn’t say there again the staff where going to organise transport from airport but weren’t going to have vehicle big enough to fit so would of had to pay double was also asked mid stay what time I was checking out the following day even though we had 3 more days wouldn’t stay again

Highly recommend this 3 bedroom villa with its own private pool. All staff were so friendly, the location was very central only 10min walk to Legian beach and main street. Another 10mins walk and you are at Kuta. Lots of restaurants available within walking distance. I traveled with my 2 teenagers and felt very space.

A few maintenance issues. Chlorine granules on pool aeats which bleached our swimwear.

AMAZING!! Cannot recommend more. Very clean and tidy. Very specious rooms and bathrooms. Daily cleans very consistent and done well. Very friendly staff, ready to help at the drop of a hat, easy to contact them. Pool very clean too and great size! Provided a blow up for us. Away from main road so no noise, nice private location, close enough to mean Legian.

A beautiful, private Villa in lovely quiet location. It’s out of the way of the busy bustle but still close enough to walk to the beach, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops spas etc. very reasonable mini bar prices and breakfast.
