The Donno ubud Guest house

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly. I was able to rent a bike on the property and also buy a SIM card.

They didn’t have record of us on arrival. A lot of noise from 5:30am.

Really enjoyed our stay here, actually extended our stay by a night too. The location is perfect, the room is large with great A/C. The staff are amazing, so helpful. We were late arriving to the guest house and they facilitated late check in for us. They also organised a great tour around Ubud for us. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location, close to many cafes, restaurants, massage

The host/reception was closed at night and it wasn't clear how to contact them if we needed anything. For example, I found cockroaches in my bathroom but I couldn't contact the host to ask for spray because nobody was there. I also wish there was free water available (e.g. a water dispenser)

Nothing to complain about

I spent 1 month last year here and now 2 weeks, im glad to come back every time, is clean, private, big rooms, air conditioner. Is in Ubud center, one can walk everywhere. Is very quiet and silent place. Have a small kitchen and tables available.

The staff is very nice and try to make you as comfortable as possible. The bed is not the best but it is nice and clean and good value for money.

Bathroom is too small, no window and very old.

I absolutely adore this hidden gem of a guesthouse. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the family made me feel right at home. Not only are the rooms impeccably clean and well-maintained, but the entire guesthouse exudes a sense of care and attention to detail that is truly commendable. The central location of this guesthouse is simply perfect, offering convenience without sacrificing tranquillity. The peaceful and serene ambience has had such a profound effect on me that my usual 7-8 hours of sleep have gracefully extended to a luxurious 10-12 hours each night. It's as if time slows down in this blissful oasis. One of my favourite features of this guesthouse is the inviting communal sitting area, where guests can unwind and connect with others. The shared kitchen facilities also provide the convenience of preparing light meals and beverages, adding an extra touch of homeliness to the stay. What was initially planned as a brief 2-day visit quickly transformed into a 2-day extension, and before I knew it, I found myself extending my stay to 2.5 more weeks. I am filled with gratitude for the wonderful memories and rejuvenating experience this guesthouse has provided me.

I have to say goodbye to this beautiful oasis and the wonderful friends I've made.

I love this place so much! I extended my stay first 2 more nights and then 1 more week. Absolutely recommended.
