The Donno ubud Guest house

The room was fine and comfortable. Air con good. Hot water good.

I was not checked in properly was so confused when I got there as a lady just opened a door and said this room was mine and I just had to accept it. I did not see an employee till the last day and only for about two minutes. Only communicated through what’s app which is really weird for a hotel. And they asked me if I wanted to extend after never meeting anyone who worked there. Even with that said the hotel room wasn’t bad the worse part was actually the fact that they did not have a water refill station. Everywhere I’ve stayed in Indonesia has a refill station and I was disappointed this place did not have one and I encourage them to get one. The WiFi also wasn’t the best.

Spacious room, good location, helpful staff

Location is good. Light room. Everyday cleaning.

I chose it for its location and price. It was cheaper than others and met my expectations. There is a dog named brownie and he is very friendly. Close to Ubud market and places to visit in the city. The employees were very helpful.

I didn't like: the cokroaches in the room, the cleanliness overall

The house is amazing and the location was perfect. The staff and their family are lovely and we spent some time playing with their little dog.
