After a day in the national park we decided to come back to Mtirala House. The breakfast was amazing and really big. My husband and I usually eat a lot but this time we couldnt eat all (unfortunately) In the evening we had dinner, for a reasonable price. All in all we are more than happy with our choice.

The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, made out of wood and the bed is so good :) we slept amazingly surrounded by cows, chickens, a cute little cat and a soothing silence at night! We felt very much at home, the owner helped us out wherever he could, really great experience!!

Amazing location, view, hosts were super friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner at an additional charge was really delicious and we had an amazing conversation with the entire family. Every question or request we had they gave a quick and perfect response. 100% recommend!!! If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to visit again!!

The view and the location is amazing!

The room was completely cold (outside 8 degrees and inside same or less). There was just a tiny heater (that was, to my shock, not put on before we arrived) that didn’t warm the place in two days. We were freezing and had to sleep in all of our clothes both nights. Further, the lock on the door didn’t work so we could not lock the door when we were leaving the property for the day. However, we were confident that nothing would be stolen.

The apartment is very cosy and appears to be new. It is located uphill and is pretty isolated with a great view. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming - they live just next door, and are always available. They will be glad to cook you delicious, home made dinner & breakfast at a very affordable price.

Hot water requires to turn on the boiler, which takes quite a while to heat. It would be great if the boiler would be turned on prior guests arrival.
