Fantastic stayed here with my family in one of the courtyard accommodation very clean and comfy definitely would stay again staff were lovely also 😊

Good location and use of pool facilities was great

Didn’t have basic self catering equipment, wasn’t wheelchair accessible as described, no disabled parking, dishwasher was foul, kitchen drains smelt very bad, missing furniture, noise of music and people talking in the early hours disturbed our sleep. Went to reception about our issues, no reply from management!

Not enough seating in the living area Early hours beeping from lorry Childern hours for liesure facilities weren't well defined before stay No dish cloth available Some of locks on doors hard for young childern to operate D/S toilet lock on outside of door ??
