Knightsbrook Hotel Courtyard Accommodation

Myself and family have been staying in knightsbrook self catering accomadation for 15 years.. staff are always very present. Came across Conrad and Keeran bithe extremely helpful and friendly.

Prices in the terrace lounge are shocking. A scone cost E9 and a sandwich was E15 that's without tea/coffee. The menu is very limited compared to previous times we have visited.. Decided to eat down town brekki in Mo's full irish less than E10. Brogans for dinner fantastic food and service .

Very little ... Location to emerald park

House was not ready to 17.45 No heating on in house .. Rang three times and at mid night the house got warm ... No entertainment what so ever for children even do i was told before booking there would be kids disco as it was mid term but that was only but kids could use leisure pool ..... No bar as leak in roof for whole weekend .... No table to sit in dining room for drink So we had to sit in lobby for drink ... Beyond not happy and very disappointed... Did speak to manager but might as well been talking to the wall to bar manager bauld man red hair face manager ... Sorry did not get him name House old and dated ....

Accomodation was lovely, great space for number of friends. It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Spa facilities are poor and expensive. Pool and jacuzzi area were for guests and public on Saturday which meant crowded and very noisy. Not very relaxing.

The guest house was roomy and having 3.5 baths was an unexpected bonus.

While the guesthouse was definitely very clean and comfortable, it is dated. Also, the kitchen, while mostly well equipped, there was no wine/bottle opener and the fireplace wasn’t operational.

We had 3 houses, they were extremely comfy, we had dinner in the hotel .

Self catering houses were great. The size and location was good.

Very late check in at 4pm and ridiculously early check out at 10 am especially considering there was nothing to do for families.
