Knightsbrook Hotel Courtyard Accommodation

It was spotlessly clean.

The decor was a little dated and tired.

Location. Breakfast was good. Gym and spa area good with friendly staff.

Boiler in bedroom at 26 degrees so unable to sleep. Many requests to reception resulted (after some time) in cleaner turning off the boiler. Stay was for 3 nights in house. 2 nights were not satisfactory because of heat. Manager was meant to call the following week to discuss compensation for ruined stay. This did not happen. We were a group of 7 (3 stayed in junior suite which was good) - 4 staying in house was a disaster. Lack of customer service and interest. They just didn’t care. We booked this hotel for last 3 days of a 15 day holiday. Cork and Mayo stays were wonderful - this hotel should not have a four star rating. Very disappointed.

No air-conditioned in room Too hot Check out is too early, and check in time is too late

We loved the location and the accessibility to using the main hotel facilities

The accommodation is in need of updating. I would recommend sofas large enough to sit 9 people and enough cutlery and dining chairs.

The houses were very clean , great space and great kitted out especially the kitchens .

The staff need to be better trained, had spoken with a member of staff about one of our party. Then another member of staff who said they were manager of that area , told my group the member of my party who I had spoke to the other member of staff had to leave that area, when am group tried to explain this person keep saying I am the manager they have to go. They didn't speak to their staff at all , late they sent a non-apology apology. I am still waiting to hear for the hotel manager that was 4 days ago..
