First of all they actually cheat us saying it is a resort..it is just an average lodge taking advantage of a tourist spot and selling their average rooms at a high price...rooms were dull lighted and gloomy with a haunted feel...food served was rotten with unhygienic plates and glasses...lack of professional touch everywhere from reception to food service to room service..cant match the place to standards of a resort/hotel in any way..it is just a lodge,a pathetic one.. nothing more

This resort is located in prime location opposite to pine forest. I don't know why this property has been underrated. When compared to other resorts in vagamon you can get rooms for genuine rate here. Our room was clean and well maintained. We need to prebook dinner , the restaurant staffs are polite and gave good suggestions about the quantity of the food so as to avoid wastage of food.

Road to this resort is not maintained.

The location is quite nice. It's scenic and close to pine Valley and adventure spots.

The cottage is too expensive for the facilities provided. There were frequent electricity interruptions. No tissues and toilet papers. There were spiders and cockroaches in the additional beds places inside the room. Ordered food came 2 hours late that too after reminding. Pipe inside the washroom was leaking
