Ill maintained rooms, poor facilities, lack of safety and cleanliness, exhorbitant rate for cheapest possible facility. There is absolutely no security and the property is extremely poor in maintenance and management. They have claimed "3 star " "Resort" N stuff, but the reality is so disappointing. For a room that I paid Rs 4000, the bed sheets smelled bad and made me feel itchy. I booked a "resort" that was tagged as "3-star facility", but I was shocked to see a property that is ill- maintained, ill-managed and nowhere near even a decent lodge facility. I feel cheated when I saw it after booking this property for Rs. 3700+ and sending them Rs1000 in advance when they demanded it through phone as soon as I booked it online. The doors and windows were made of plastic and we felt scared at night when we realised that had zero security at gates and a single street light to lit the entire property. Coming to the room, a non A/c room, with unclean bed sheets and pillows. There was no control for fan, TV was not working, There are limescale like patches throughout the interior walls. The toilet is more scary.. A big hole in toilet wall was covered with a piece of thermocol. The water closet is the smallest and cheapest available in market. The water heater works on a gas cylinder set-up. The surroundings were dirty, with construction waste, old liqour bottles, plastics and all imaginable and unimaginable things scattered around my "villa". I had to stay at night suffering as I was so tired after a 200 km long drive and I was clueless about finding another place at that night. I woke up itching my whole body and I'm writing this while itching. I feel cheated after choosing a " 3 star" , " Very good", "Resort", paying 3913 and getting this pathetic treatment. There is no intercom, no basic amenities apart from the scary, non-working amenities that I mentioned earlier.

The balcony view from the stand alone villa was very enjoyable.

Hotel’s facilities were lacking. The room was damp and the evening meal was served cold.

Vishnu, property owner, and his hotel team helped us in all respects whatever we asked. Very welcoming ! Vishnu arranged for all our travel (jeep, taxi, etc.) in and out of Vagamon. He followed up for any help even after our stay for any help required on our onward trip. Neat and Clean Property + Vishnu and team + Location (opp. to Pine forest) = Excellent Stay 😀

The facilities and services at the resort was terrible. Smelly and unhygienic premises. There was slugs and frogs in the room. Kids were terrified of them. We could not sleep. No A/C. TV plays only a looped advertisement. Wash basin leaks. Bathroom fully wet all the time. Hot water system either too hot or too cold. Staff very unprofessional. No food menu, or prices list. Cups and dental kit only for two people. Tea/coffee not refilled. We felt very unsafe and had to cancel the trip and leave the resort first thing in the morning.

The location of the stay was beautiful ❤️. Very pleasant and calm environment...best spot for relaxation...
