The property refused to provide room even after confirmation from booking.com Either you are at fault or the property owner still it was a very bad experience and I will not recommend anyone to book from booking.com I was on a business trip with two of my guests. I was embarrassed in front of them because of this nuisance. Kindly try not to repeat this in future.
