The only good things in that property, their reception hall and rest of property are the most worst I have even seen !

We do not like their properties at all ! Bed was not clean even the change linen in front of us ! Breakfast was like road side standard or even worse ! their bathroom is okay but very less hot water , no room heater and no view, TV was not working, behaviour of stuff was so bad and rough and even they charged for water ! only 1 ltr water was free and last day they not provided breakfast also.

"Not happy with booking.com things were not applicable as promised."

Rooms were cleaned.

Meals were included in my package but the hotel staff refused saying its not showing in the application. Later my family had to wait for about 1 hour for the breakfast…. There was power cut multiple times. The are was congested… I had issues with helpline no. As it was not available.
