The hotel cancelled my booking despite confirming the booking....I was ready tk pay online and they told to pay directly at the hotel because they wanted to overcharge me for the room....I even agreed to that but didn't get a room....It is so unreliable booking from this app and hotel....I will never suggest it to anyone...

Reception manager is not answering with respect and has no courtesy towards guests who are visiting. Bed sheets unclean, poorly maintained rooms. Didn’t even have water supply in the morning though the hotel is situated at the outskirts, it has to be maintained well and the land lord has to take responsibility for it

Room was horrible, unclean, reeked of Cigarettes, nasty toilets, dirty sheets, rude service.

Room is very small and dirty with broken walls and doors. Linen are extremely dirty. Whole building is full of dust. Geyser did not work. No natural ventillation. It was terrible stay.

Everything expect the location.
