No break fast was given and didn't not inform on the complementary bfast so can imagine their services level. Service is the wrost to the core

Nothing can be better in this hotel as no good hospitality, Room service is wrost as they had posted AC rooms available but on booking and on check in there was no AC for the whole day and with false promises had to check out without AC rooms and no fund is refundable once booked online the wrost services I have had is in this hotel

Asking money for everything. Taken 300/_ for giving the room 15 min ahead from 12 noon. Though we've informed earlier that we like to get the room with in 10am to 11am, it was not ready and manager informed that the money is for waiting in hotel terrace, when room is getting ready. All the information provided is wrong, including bed size, amenities. Service is very poor. Most of the time water was not there. In toilet only single out let was working. Though geyser was present, no hot water available. No water in wash basin.
