Overall staff needs to get groomed, thorough cleaning is needed , bedding material needs to get upgraded, excess use of bedding create generation of infections, for hygienic purpose, need to work on suggestions

Spacious

Hygiene , No suggestion box, no feedback register , lack of cleanliness in dorms specially at washrooms

I like the atmosphere of the hostel,it feels so safe and comfortable. Location is amazing,near to Saket metro ,gate no.2. Staff are amazing... Services are on point. You feel like your are at home.

Exceeded all my expectations! My experience staying at this hostel was wonderful. From the smooth check-in to the peaceful ambiance, everything was spot on. The property is very well-kept, clean, and has a great energy that makes it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff/management deserves a special mention for being so helpful and polite. Will definitely choose this place again for my next visit!

Dorms are specious and clean. It feels safe here. The staff is very nice and cooperative. Whenever I need to stay in Delhi, I always come back at Heistel Delhi. I love the terrace as well.
