Th ambience, location. It's quaint and cozy. No frills but still enough. It is quite and when you sit on the balcony in the morning, you can feel the serenity around you

It is a tad bit difficult to find

It's the perfect location near the beach and the Town centre. Beautiful spacious room with Sea View, fridge, cattle, AC and Fan, nice balcony with chairs and beautiful Terrace for Yoga and Meditation. Best Sunrise and Sunsets from the top terrace. Very helpful staff and owners.

Everything was perfect

Clean and hygienic room. Also the Monirul is a very cooperative host.

Prime location.

I stayed here for 3 weeks in March 2025. Its a small, family run place with only 4 rooms. I had a sea view room at the front. The location is amazing. Right at the back of the beach but only few minutes walk to Candolim beach road. Rooms are simple but spotless. Comfortable bed, good AC and celing fan with large fridge. They also provide a kettle and cups. The rooms are cleaned regularly and to very high standard. Wifi good. The family liv e downstairs and are friendly & helpful but not intrusive. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here. Excellent value for money in a beautiful location.

Nothing except the quite vibe of the neighborhood

AC wasn't working properly (Can not be controlled with remote), lots of ants were there in the room, Cloth hanger in the bathroom was broken and bed was also broken
