Camrose Guest House

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly – it could only be set to one temperature with no option to adjust it, which caused significant discomfort. Additionally, it was very loud and periodically turned off. The terrace doors were very difficult to close and required the intervention of the staff. Fearing we wouldn’t be able to close them again, we decided not to use them anymore. Furthermore, despite these issues, the price of the stay was not reduced. The staff simply stated that we could choose not to book a room if something didn’t meet our expectations. It’s a shame, because the rest of the stay could have been more comfortable if these problems had been addressed.

Location and staff behaviour both are nice as I expect.

Quiet location

Had my room cleaned 3 times in 21 days and had to get them to change my pillows as they was back.

This guesthouse is very well located, being a short walk to the sea and in a quiet area of the town, set well back from the road, but still within walking distance of restaurants. We found this to be a benefit because the main road in Candolim wasn't really our scene. The owners seemed very friendly and accommodating. There is a pleasant balcony, overlooking the garden and the overall sense is that you are staying somewhere more secluded than it actually is. It was great to have free parking.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and a kitchenette was also available. Nice sea view available. Close to Candolim beach, walkable. AC was working well

In one of the washrooms, geezer was non functional

Very nice place which I definitely recommend to everyone. Spacious rooms with balconies. Very clean and comfortable beds. I especially loved the nature surrounding the property. The location is just in the heart of Candolim and 200m from the beach.
