Tea Forest Lodge

Family stay, at a little distance of the center of Ella. In the middle of the jungle, with many bugs. Very simple, don't expect luxury. The owners are very kind and they offer excellent meals. The best dhal I ever got and the same for the curd with treacle.

Considering the very simple accommodation, I thought the price was a little bit too high, but maybe that is because it was Ella and high season (?). At least 20 bugs in the room and since the windows and the door to the balcony do not close entirely, no way to keep bugs out. The mosquito net had holes, that did not help. Not all the rooms have mosquito nets. But these people are poor and one should not expect the same standard as in Europe. Noise of barking dogs till very late and of cows early in the morning, but that is nature...

Красивое место , очень вежливо встретили , угостили чаем и десертом , очень вежливый и милый хозяин . Номера чистые , а рассвет видно в них замечательно . Завтрак был потрясающим , нас накормили на весь день ) советуем

The dogs at night were horrible I didn’t get any rest and no one ever tried to quiet them My stay would have been much better if the dogs didn’t bark ALL night

Hotel trochę na uboczu elli, bardzo blisko do little Adams peak i 9 arch bridge. Cicha okolica. W samym hotelu czysto i schludnie. Warto dodać że obsługa jest naprawdę bardzo miła i pomocna, oferowane są pyszne śniadania myślę że najlepsze jakie nam tu zaserwowano w hotelu i co najważniejsze to śniadania różnią się w poszczególne dni. Bardzo polecam

La gentillesse et le sourire de notre hôte Indusha La propreté. Petit déjeuner avec assiette de fruits, pain beurre confiture et selon le jour crêpes, curry, dalh.

Rien de spécial.

Eigen terras dat uitkijkt over de boomkruinen. Ruime kamer. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt!!!

Fantastic staff members and nice view from the terrace. Also great restaurant there. It was easy to reach by foot Nine arch bridge and Little Adams peak.

Smokes from burning garbage/leafes (in the middle of february) are coming straight through the terrace.

Unglaublich freundliches Personal und ein vielfältiges leckeres Frühstück. Tolle Lage 6min mit dem Tuktuk vom Zentrum entfernt, man füllt sich wie in einem Dschungel. Ein tolles Gefühl in dem Zimmer im oberstem Stock um 6.00 Uhr früh aufzuwachen, während die Sonne aufgeht, die Vögel zwitschern… sehr schön.

Die Ausstattung im Bad war schon ein bisschen veraltet, durch die anderen Vorteile kann man es aber leicht verzeichen 😉.

Bester Service, das Personal hat uns bei Problemen geholfen, uns beraten, war sehr freundlich, können es nur jedem empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu wählen. Kommen gerne wieder :)
