Too hot.. Air-cond was not cold

Upon reviewing the hotel, the photos seemed good, but the actual room was disappointing.

The room is rundown, with lots of mosquitoes and poor pet control. The room smells wet and musty, the room space is small, and the hotel owner doesn't address customer complaints or suggestions for improvement.

No 24hours reception staff. Check in and check out time also need to wait because there don’t have any staff. Moreover,the room doors locks are not strong and not safe. Other than this, the air conditioner water is licking and we inform ready the staff’s but they didn’t bother it. In the room and bathroom don’t have any brighten lights. The basic need of mineral water also don’t have in the room and we ask to the staff they said don’t have stock.Some more the staff said we need to buy by our own self. **The very important thing is in the pool they didn’t have any proper maintenance because when we play time my husband toes are cut ready and have a very bad bleeding. For the emergency also there don’t have any staffs and there don’t have any first aid box. After more than 2hours only the staff come and give the first aid box. In that emergency time I go for find the staff more than 30 minutes.
