Swimming pool is not clean for long. The water felt slimy. The kids are everywhere. Supposed to have sofa bed but it is an ordinary sofa not a sofa bed. No water bottle provided need to take filtered water at the reception area.

The place was clean. Medium sized pool for adults. Children's pool closed for 2 days. Place is next to a hill makes it have a serenity feel.

For a room booked for 6 adults, we only got 3 towels. When requested for more, they informed no more towels! Rooms were overbooked. I actually booked another room but was given an almost similar option because management already rented the room to someone else. When i got there, there was also another group that only knew their booking was cancelled upon arrival at the reception. The management's office is not on site. They manage remotely with only the cleaning staff doing the on ground work including receptionist.
