Le collective Busan station

Beautiful apartment with a nice view of the harbour. Finding the place was a little complicated, not well marked, required two elevators, two codes, and a QR code. After the first time, it was fine.

Everything that you can ask for. Superbly maintained property with ultra modern amenities. Clean and furnished with quality furnitures and appliances. Staff was helpful and assisted in a timely manner. Closure to restaurants shops and public transport with a skywalk to connect Busan station. Amazing experience.

May be providing a laundry rack, ironing facilities but not a negative

It was quite bad experience as we get totally broken electronic system in the apartment. We checked - in at the day time, put luggage in the apartment and left for the city leisure. When we got back in the evening we realized that the smart electronic system is not working, it was an error in it. So, we didn't have hot water, it was cold and very uncomfortable. I the morning I asked for personnel to come, so nothing could not be done with this system error, it was totally broken. Then, I asked to change the apartment, Le collective Busan tried to force me to take an apartment of lower level, much lower, I would say. Instead of 3 bedroom apartment they offered 2 bedroom apartment and 2 mattresses without any offer to reduce the price, but offering to provide more drink water and + one hour for check - out. I replied negatively and had to wite them several letters negotiating to replace a different apartment of the same level. So, I spent almost half of a day in negotiations with them. After several e-mails and notifications that I would inform booking.com, they offered a new apartment of the same level. We checked everything in the new one, system was working, but it was not very clean and tidy. Seemed that in some beds, sheets we not changed to clean ones :( I asked Le collective Busan to change the linen, but they just ignored, so we had to wash them by ourselves in washing mashine :( Due to the occurred situation, compensation is to proceed for sure, we are very disappointed for service and attitude to us as guests. About a 10 minute walk from Busan train station, this self catering apartment is very well located. The airport train gets you into the Busan station, go to the 2F and walk out next to the Hawaiian Paradise Coffee and take the travellator ( you can see the 2 hotel towers). We were in Tower B so had to take the elevator to 4F ( use the QR code they email you ). Then we had to use an 8 digit code to enter another lobby to take the elevator to our floor. The door is key coded. The room very clean and spacious with separate bedroom, closet with an air dryer, lounge and kitchenette with a washer dryer. You can throw rubbish in B1. Overall very comfortable and well located stay and highly recommended. They also respond very quickly on a chat function they send by email - if you have queries.

It's located near Busan station, making it very convenient to travel on the metro and KTX, and finding restaurants. The apartment was breathtaking: it was clean, spacious, modern and had good facilities (e.g., bidet, private bathrooms, kitchen facilities, smart TV) for a REALLY good value. My friend and I booked a 'Premier suite G Connecting' so we each had an apartment to ourselves (bedroom, private bathroom, living room and kitchen each) joined with a hallway to the front door. Compared to other properties in Busan, we were so amazed by the property for the price that was offered. It was such a joy and comfort to return to after a long tiring day of travelling. We also made great use of the CU convenience store located near it. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay!

As mentioned by other travellers, the property was NOT EASY to get to nor get inside. The hosts do not do much prior to help with navigating to the property (perhaps, an email with pictures/map to show the route, or have visible signage on-route would help?). We were so grateful and relied heavily on past travellers' reviews, so we thought to pass on what we've learnt: When you arrived at Busan Station, head to Exit 10 (next to Hawaiian Paradise Coffee). IMPORTANT: This exit is only open from 4:30 to 23:00***! We arrived at midnight and had to learn the hard way. When you exit, you'll see the Marina G7 tall skyscraper building on your left, this is where the property is. Head towards the travelator/moving walkway. When you reach the end, you'll walk on a high platform as you're above a motorway. Head towards the Marina G7 building. When you reach the end of the platform, walk to the right side and you'll pass the Recente cafe and keep going around till you see escalators. This only applies if you're in TOWER A. On the left of the escalators, you'll see gold elevators inside the building. Go inside & as you're on the 3rd floor, take the elevator down to the 1st floor. When you exit, you'll see CU on your left. Head towards the CU, take a right & head straight down the hallway to 2 double doors that'll take you outside. Once outside, go right & you'll see the TOWER A entrance. Once inside, head to the doors by the security desk, enter 'Secure Entrance' code in two parts (just enter as is, ignore the voice). Scan the QR code to use these elevators. The first 2 digits of your room no. is the floor no. *** If Exit 10 is closed, head to Exit 8 which is the Car Park & walk towards where the cars enter. There'll be two platforms that lead the cars up but you can walk down it to reach to the ground (we've seen locals use them as footpaths).

We arrived very late at night and it was extremely hard, near impossible to find the room and there was no one to help us. No directions to the building itself and then just a series of coded doors and QR codes for elevator activation. This created quite a negative start to our start. Once you manage, it’s is a very pleasant apartment. Make sure you have a charged phone and an internet connection upon arrival.
