Great location, amenities and home fittings

Check in was bad… it took us more than an hour at late night running around to look for QR code to enter the lift. Everything in Korean language made in more difficult. Apparently the QR code was not emailed to me

The apartment is very modern, the view is awesome.A lot of hi-tech appliances. Very comfy bed, and a huge dressing. However, it will be great if some basic instructions in English will be offered (especially for the AC control, lights etc).

The instructions received for checking are incomplete. Luckily, reading the reviews, some of them helped a lot. What i didn't like is that the email received didn't have the QR needed to access the elevators... After sending 2 replies, finally I received it, but only at 4.25pm, so I needed to wait outside with my luggage... Not professional... To help other tourists, let me recap some important details: - From the main lobby of Busan Station, follow exit 10 (near Hawaiian Paradise Coffee) - Continue to moving walkway, and then follow the way towards the twin skyscrapers - The first skyscraper is building A, the second is B. - Enter in the building (you are now on the 3rd floor). If you arrived before 4pm, you can leave your luggage in the storage located on this floor, just follow the signs. After 4pm, you can take the elevator to the 4th floor. You need to scan the QR code, otherwise the elevator doesn't accept the command for 4th floor. - Once you arrive at 4th floor,next to the residence reception, there is a door, you need to enter the secure code starting with#. After take the appropriate elevator to the floor where your room is ( ex. APT B-4310 is in building B, 43th floor). Depending which elevator you take, you need or not to scan again the QR code). Enjoy!

The property itself is AMAZING. Very nice, clean, right next to train station, walkable, etc. The only area for improvement I would suggest to the owners is to have for clear check-in instructions and English translations in the room itself. Overall and outstanding place and highly recommended!

The safe was not attached to the wall and not working. The building is not easy to find. I was not able to connect with the property management interactively.
