We liked nothing, it was a horrible experience

The staff was extremely rude, i had reservation for 2 nights, but due to the correct amount not reflecting in the app(after some cancellation), i paid only for the 1st and was gonna pay for the 2nd day later sometime, but the receptionist kept calling for money every 30 mins from 10.30 and kept calling till 1. We checked out at 11.30, 30mins later that their time and was harrased to pay extra

More dishes can be added to the food menu

1 staff who attended was good Hot water

Untidy bedsheets pillow cover and lots of cockroaches. Room is a tiny hole

very dirty rooms bed shits where dirty bathrooms not clean, room filled with bugs avoid this place

rooms are not clean at all
