Staff was very helpful and always responded quickly

Basic amenities missing - not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom , towels were not kept in the bathroom The AC was leaking

Nothing; there is a significant drop in quality

Linens were dirty. They don’t support sustainable travel as they don’t provide refills drinking water . You have to buy their expensive packed drinking water bottles.

The staff was vey helpful but

1. Around 1:30 AM we were sleeping and there was a mouse on the table I have attached a picture, I have a video as well 2. When I called the reception they answered the call but forgot about it - after 10 minutes I called them back and had to remind them that there is a mouse in the room. They still forgot to send someone in the room to handle the situation. 3. I had to go down to the reception and then everyone was sleeping I had to wake them up and then they sent someone with me to remove the mouse - but the guy couldn’t remove it and it ran down the bed 4. The receptionist was telling me that all the rooms are booked. I had to tell him then he gave us another room. This is an experience I hope no one has to go through, just wanted to put it out there 5. And the last thing, do not go for the pictures posted the rooms and the pictures do not actually match

Add breakfast + maintain washroom cleanliness

Peaceful location. Good property, house keeping is great.

No breakfast and no hotels nearby. The property was better in cleanliness when I stayed there 3years ago compared to now. Cleanliness can be improved it keeps coming down. Adding breakfast + clean rooms will only make it value for money.
