Villa Ayung

De ambiance, de rust, omgeving, de mooie villa in combinatie met de geweldige gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw en de rest van het personeel waarbij niks te gek was, was voortreffelijk. Ik heb me thuis gevoeld en kom zeker terug. Echt een aanrader!

Ik kan werkelijk waar niks verzinnen. Je moet er iets gaan zitten als je van drukte houd.

Prachtige accommodatie in een rustige omgeving. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en alles is erg schoon en top verzorgd.

We have been coming to Bali (and specifically to Sanur) for more than 40 years. This was easily the most memorable and relaxing time we ever got to spend there. The venue is unlike any other villa we ever experienced. Villa Ayung is a true hidden gem. Julie and Peter are very gracious and welcoming hosts who will go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful time. The included breakfast is freshly prepared and sets you up for a perfect day. P.S.: Just in case you are wondering the way we were when we first looked at this listing: Unlike other villas in the area, the three units that are part of this compound share one enormous 25m swimming pool. P.P.S.: If you are familiar with Sanur, this will be a bit different in terms of going places. It is possible (and we did so just about every evening) to walk into Sanur along the beach, as the paved walkway stretches all the way. But this will take you around 30 to 45 minutes. Alternatively, the best way is to book a Grab, in which case you may need to include some additional time for the driver to reach Villa Ayung and for getting you to your destination.

Huge rooms, well designed bathrooms. Clean facilities. Quiet. Great breakfast choices.

It’s tucked away so hard to find. Not easy finding a taxi in the area. It’s in a residential area so no restaurant in the area as well.

Julie est aux petits soins avec nous , elle nous a donné pleins de bonnes adresses. Elle nous a aidé a trouver des chauffeurs. Elle s'est arrangé pour qu'on puisse prendre le petit déjeuner très tôt avant qu'on parte en excursion. Le petit déjeuner est d'ailleurs vraiment bon. L'endroit est magnifique on s'y sent vraiment bien.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Julie est une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et pleine d’attentions, avec de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. L’endroit est spacieux, à l'écart, décoré avec soin, et les chambres sont confortables et très agréables. Toute l’équipe est accueillante et souriante. Nous avons pu câliner chiens et chats de la maison, ils sont adorables. Mention spéciale aux petits-déjeuners, délicieux et variés. La piscine est magnifique, idéale pour nager. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

Loved the ambience and facilities. Having a private area to relax and read a book was a bonus. It was lovely to be beside the river and hear local children playing during afternoon. Then swim laps in the pool or paddle in the shallow end. Friendly hosts made the stay enjoyable with chats and plenty of information about the area. I would highly recommend this property for those seeking a refuge from the business and craziness that other areas in Bali offer.

Le désign et le calme de la villa ; Tout simplement magnifique !! Le petit-déjeuner tout à fait exceptionnel ( le meilleur sur les 15 jours passés sur BALI) . La gentillesse et les excellents conseils de JULIE ; nous avons pu bénéficier d'une pièce après avoir fait le CHEK-OUT pour pouvoir prendre une douche et utiliser la piscine : quel savoir-vivre et quel professionnalisme !!

la maison est un peu éloignée du centre de SANUR ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi pour profiter des activités de la ville !
