Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit dem Kinderpool, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und schön angelegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und sehr vielfältig - genauso wie das Abendbuffet. Das Personal war immer über Wechat erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Tatsächlich können sie nicht englisch sprechen aber mit dem Übersetzer war es kein Problem.

Отличный отель,прекрасные номера,персонал,чудесные завтраки,но неудобное расположение,баги ездят раз в 30мин,год назад можно было заказать через WeChat,сейчас это убрали.нет лежаков на пляже,но в целом это мелочи

"住宿環境不錯 服務9流 都不是酒店級數的管理"

環境不錯 去百花谷5分鐘車程 整體是乾淨舒適的

服務不到位 我們預訂的是5位 包早餐 check-in 時counter 胖子跟我爭論 系統只有4位 不主動去check 要我出示證明什麼的 訂單給他看又不會看英文 他聽不明香港普通話 就要求找個會英語的接待員 旁邊的courtesy 立即囂張說這裏是沒有的 直至我要發脾氣時 他才願意打電話去後台check 這間5星級酒店是偽5星 沒有大堂經理處理客人問題 第二天下午茶時 我們預付了晚上的BBQ自助餐 指明要訂的桌子 晚上去到 被安排給外國人了 問服務員為什麼會有這個情況 那個男的大嗓門居然罵我朋友有病 最後要餐廳經理協調 那個服務員也沒有道歉 他應該覺得客人是沒有問題的
