Very friendly manager and staff.. all you need to do is ask them for something and they'll make it happen.. huge rooms and great view

1) Door knob in the bathroom was broken so got stuck inside the bathroom. Toilet seat was broken

Large room, very clean and fancy. Wonderful balcony with beautiful view.

The location was fantastic. We had a great view of the mountain and the river from the room and the balcony. The breakfast was very good with many choices available. The hotel staff were very polite.

We liked the hotel very much.

Location, views and quietness

Lack of credit card payment facility. I was told it was broken and that needed cash payment.

Breakfast set is very good, staff very friendly, location is great. Food is very good. Felt like home away from home. Great holiday

Minor fixes in bathroom fixtures and bigger shower gel bottles.

We arrived at 6 am and it was very cold outside. The lovely employee there let us into the lobby, got us a heater and made us hot tea. Then the manager arrived, checked us in very quickly (compared to other places in India that can be exhausting with this process) and gave us our rooms at 7 am even though check-in was supposed to be at 12 noon. The employee helped us carry the heavy bags to the rooms, and when I tried to give him a tip he refused with a smile. The rooms were great, spacious, clean, stunning view, great shower with hot water. And the beds were comfortable and cozy, and the rooms had a radiator that warmed us up at night. And a bonus - there is a ping pong table downstairs that we really enjoyed playing on.

Nothing, everything was great there.
