Loved the location and views from our room. Food was good. Very amicable staff.

The staff was very helpful, polite, and soft spoken. Food was very good and we took options of having dinner too inhouse. Their main kitchen staff.....i keep forgetting his name....maybe Mahipal {not sure} was the longest working with them.. Rooms, view and comfort was excellent. Only had to change my schedule as they could not manage our early check-in but that is understandable

The climb to the facility, a tiring four story climb to the reception and another two storey to our room. But the view covered the tiring effort

The place was located at a decent spot, close to the main area. Parking was comfortable.

The rooms were not clean, the floor was not mopped and during the peak season time in Dec they had loud construction noise coming through. It was pretty painful to stay at a premiumly priced property and face such issues. We woke up atleast 5-6 times during that time

Property and location are simply amazing. Surrounding hotels in the proximity make a lot of noise.

I really love the hospitality and beauty of the property and the view from the room is amazing and service is too fast love this property and waana come once again

Staff (Hemraj) needs to be more sensitive to guests especially when there is women, after a long bus journey wanted some rest by early checking, which was available at the time, was refused initially claiming that early checking was not possible. Though he appeared to be helping, inherent behaviour was that of sadist. However, after long conversation it was allowed for one room. Let the staff be more pleasant receiving guests than showing rules and regulations. Apart from this everything went fine.

Nothing
