Stunning location and design of bubble house. The beach restaurant was deluxe. Although beware in low season, the beach is full of seaweed.

Unfortunately there is really important information about the bubble that they don’t tell you at check in nor instruct you in the rooms. The bubble is super hot during the day so it’s only comfortable in the evening until 9am. When we arrived they have the cover on the bubble and the aircon on 16°. We were out all day and didn’t come back until 8pm, by this time they had taken the cover off the bubble but because of the heat outside and the cold temperature inside the whole plastic bubble was covered in condensation. We couldn’t see the sky! My boyfriend had to use a towel to rub off the condensation of half the bubble. We couldn’t reach the top of the bubble and we couldn’t see the stars. We contacted the owner via WhatsApp who said that we needed to put the air conditioner on ‘dry mode level 5-6’. This was unclear on how to do until he finally sent us pictures. He said the condensation should clear up in about 30 minutes but we stayed up for 3 hours and nothing changed. Super, super, super disappointing. They even had a telescope in the room but if we can’t see out the roof, what is the point? On check out, we politely mentioned our troubles from the night before and the receptionist merely shrugged.

It was a unique experience directly at the beach with a cute bubble home and a perfect bed!

Le concept est vraiment sympa et l'endroit est calme. Bon il faut dire que nous étions les seuls touristes dû à l'invasion de Sargasses mais on a bien profité de l'endroit. C'est confortable, il y a la clim et c'est très propre. Le restaurant est bon.

Les lumières extérieures de l'hôtel d'à côté sont restées allumées une partie de la nuit.

We loved everything. The bubble, the service. All the facilities provided. Staff were very helpful for everything we needed. They gave us the necessary information about the area and how we could move around. We also had an issue with A/C on our room and they were very fast into fixing our stay.

El hotel es espectacular, el concepto de cápsula transparente es súper original. Tiene una ubicación estratégica, a pasos de la playa, y caminando por ella se llega a Playa Paraíso y a la zona arqueológica de Tulum (aprox. 15 minutos de caminata). Con mi pareja, llegamos sin inconveniente a ambos puntos, disfrutando del paseo por la playa. El club de playa contiguo al hotel ofrece reposeras y camas de forma gratuita. Había leído comentarios acerca del ruido, pero en nuestro caso, puedo decir lo contrario, la tranquilidad del lugar al estar ubicado dentro de una zona protegida, es una gran ventaja (tal vez sea por la época que no había mucha gente, pero realmente tuvimos silencio y privacidad). La atención de Armando fue espectacular, súper cálido y predispuesto; se ocupó de referenciarnos sitios de interés, explicarnos todo lo necesario y de conseguirnos una calentadora para nuestro mate. Sin dudas, volvería más de una vez. Como plus, no nos cobraron el ingreso al Parque Jaguar, ya que se encontraban probando nuevos esquemas de acceso.

Creo que es importante contar con movilidad propia, ya que los taxis son muy caros, y el hotel queda a una distancia del centro de 10 o 15 minutos en auto.
