Shipwrecked Hostel

A very nice hostel with really nice dorms. Your own privat loft in a dormitory, with nice lights, a secure place in your loft to charge your phone, privat curtains and comfortable airco. At the roof they build a really nice 'relax area' and some co-work places. Everything they do, they do it with love. You can see that in the details. But mostly you can feel it in the atmosphere. They just want to bless....and in my days there...people started to do the same. It was such a blessed time. Thank you so much! Monique

AMAZING hostel. Comfortable beds set up to give you your personal space with a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped, deck was perfect to stretch, do some yoga, work, relax. Quiet hostel with different activities to do if you want. Well located right in front of a grocery store and about a 20minute walk from the beach.

Nice, new hostel. Really clean and great facilities. Spacious bunk beds, nice AC. Great outside space as well. The kitchen is well equipped and located right near an atm and supermarket.

Clean, friendly staff, cool hangout spot on roof and there are restaurants, bars and shops not too far away.

I should’ve looked closer when I booked but “Budget single room” actually means pod in shared dorm and I think the room type name should be adjusted to reflect this on booking.com.

Very quiet dorm with cozy beds and AC. Super friendly owners and staff. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Had a great time here and would definitely come back!

super-nice owners of this newly built/opened hostel. clearly very well planned out. The two German ladies who work there are amazing help to have in any hostel, thankfully they are at this one!

I loved the beds - very private not like a dorm at a hostel at all. very friendly staff and I had a nice quiet sleep!

Didn't know it was newly opened. Christina and Sander are wonderful owners. Full tour of the ship on arrival and great design and location. Beds are so comfy. The cubby hole space as the separate dorm bunk is a great idea. Proper rain shower. Well equipped kitchen. Literally can't think of a fault. You need it it has it. Ended up extending a night. If you're staying in uvita. Book here before it's sold out. Which it has been everyday so far. Haven't stayed in a hostel for years. If they were all like this then I wouldn't bother with a hotel again. Can't wait til it's finished. They have some great ideas of what to do next. Can pay in crypto too. Can't think of anything else to add

Our experience with the Shipwrecked Hostel was just amazing. The kitchen is super well equiped and everything in the Hostel is from high quality (there is even have a rice cooker) beds are super comfortable and the outdoor area is just beautiful. The platform on the roof is perfekt for playing games, doing Yoga or workout. Everything is clean all the time and it was our best shower in all the jurney. You have a great view form everywhere outside. The owners are super friendly, helpful and wellcoming. They really care about you and have many tips for adventures in the area. We Are really thankfull und will defenitly come back! 😊
