It has so many great amenities and staff would attend to your services immediately.

L’hôtel est sympa mais très bruyant. On entendait des portes claquer la nuit. La salle de restaurant aussi était très bruyante. Par contre l’accès à la plage est agréable pour se balader. La chambre et la salle de bain sont agréables.

Trop bruyant. Un peu sale sous les lits.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Und das Personal sehr freundlich und Service orientiert. Wir hatten ein neues Deluxe Zimmer in der oberen Etage, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Als Individual Urlauber hatten wir 2 Nächte auf dem Weg zum Rückflug gebucht. Leider war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein AIl Inclusive Resort für Pauschaltouristen handelt. Wir waren nicht auf ein ausgebuchtes und überfülltes Hotel eingerichtet. Massenabfertigung und Kampf um Sonnenliegen. Auch die Schlepper für Ausflüge, die am Zaun der Anlage zum Strand „lauern“, rufen und um Aufmerksamkeit buhlen, sind leider sehr lästig.

From start to finish, we had a delightful stay at the property. From the friendly welcome, to honouring the booking.com upgrade by giving us the best room in the house (the penthouse suite #401), giving us a tour of the room before taking it up, to the overall service, it was outstanding. Rooms: We had 1 penthouse suite and 1 single room - both were great but the penthouse was especially amazing! Perfect for 2 couples or group of 4-5 people. 2 well-equipped bathrooms, beautiful views and a deck to die for! Food: We had 2 meals at Sippi which were both great and very reasonably priced, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Unlike other resorts, you don't need to step out of here at all for food because of their wide variety and quality. Service: Staff and service was all-round top notch, with a special mention to Roshan, Gayan (front desk)and Madusanka (restaurant) - warm, friendly and helpful. Pool: Not a deep one, but good for wading and chilling + tons of chairs around, and a nice pool bar too Beach: Easy access, and nice soft beach for a short swim

Rooms: The deck of the penthouse needs some work - the wooden flooring was broken in places and we had to be very careful while walking. There were a few corners that had a few drips and drops of water from the heavy rains which needs attention. Reaching the penthouse is a trek from the elevators + a flight of stairs - not ideal for older people or little kids, but great for adults. Beach: It connects with the river so the water is a little murky and contaminated, unlike other sides of bentota - unfortunate and not the hotel's fault, but it was a bummer because we wished to spend more time in the sea. Also, limited area to swim because we were warned of currents Some entertainment options like bands, music etc. would have made it more fun especially at the bar.
